He served as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting serious felony and misdemeanor cases and later as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Alabama, where he tried over 75 federal jury trials. In federal court, he prosecuted cases investigated by the FBI, DEA, ATF, Secret Service, and Civil Rights Division—learning firsthand how law enforcement builds cases, where they cut corners, and how cases fall apart under pressure.

In 1996, Mr. Huntley founded The Huntley Firm, P.C., where he built a reputation as a fearless trial lawyer willing to take cases to verdict when others fold. He has also served as a Municipal Judge, City Attorney, and Board Attorney, giving him unmatched insight into how judges, prosecutors, and municipalities actually operate behind the scenes.
